ברכות מכל הלב

כמובטח, אני ממשיכה גם היום להעלות עבודות שמחכות לקצת יחס חם. הפעם סדרה של שלושה כרטיסים, שהכנתי ל-Moncha, יקירתי מהנישה הצפונית, ליום ההולדת.
Moncha היא יוצרת מגוונת מאוד, ולשמחתי כבר יש לי שתי עבודות שלה בבית - מעין מובייל מזכוכית ועבודת רקמה מקסימה, שקיבלתי ממנה ליום ההולדת. באחת השיחות איתה הבנתי שלמרות היצירתיות הרבה שלה, כרטיסי ברכה היא דווקא לא נוהגת להכין. זה היה סימן מבחינתי לדרבן אותה בכיוון עם ערכה קטנה...
הכנתי לה שלושה כרטיסים בסגנון דומה כשההבדל ביניהם הוא בצבעוניות ובכיתוב. כולם נעשו עם חותמות מסדרת Flower Sentiments של Inkadinkado. זה סט שקניתי לא מזמן, ואני לא מפסיקה להתלהב ממנו! לא צריך להתאמץ כדי להפיק מהן משהו יפה, פשוט בגלל שהן כל כך יפות בפני עצמן. על ההחתמה פיזרתי קצת גליטר מיסט, כמה נגיעות בסטיקלס החביבים עלי – וזהו! באותה הזדמנות ניצלתי נייר מדוגם שצורף פעם לאחד המגזינים האמריקאיים שאני קונה מפעם לפעם ושאריות שונות. לצערי אין לי מושג של איזה חברות הם. לכרטיסים צירפתי חותמת קטנה וכרית דיו, בתקווה ש-Moncha תפנה בכל זאת חלק מהיצירתיות שלה לכרטיסים, ואת הכל הכנסתי לקופסה ששדרגתי (ושכחתי לצלם....).

Carte Blanche
Well, as promised, here's the second post for this week. Here is another birthday project, this time for a friend from the Northern Commune.
Moncha is a diverse and talented artist, and I already have two of her creations: a beautiful glass mobile and a delicate embroidery. One thing I knew she wasn't into was card making, so I thought I'll make her a small card kit.

I altered a box (and I forgot to take a picture of it), and added a little stamp, an ink pad and 3 cards. They are very similar, as I made them from one set of stamps choosing a different color for each one of them.

 After stamping and cutiing the design I added some glitter mist and stickles and glued them on some DP that was a promotion gift in one of the craft magazines I buy from time to time and some leftovers.

I wish Moncha all that is written on those cards and more!

ושוב אתכם...

פתאום, בלי ששמתי לב, עבר יותר מחודש מאז שכתבתי כאן. לפני שבוע מישהי מהקוראות הקבועות אמרה לי שהיא כבר מחכה שאעלה עוד פוסט, ורק אז קלטתי שבאמת לא כתבתי המון זמן. איכשהו לקח לי עוד כמה ימים להגיע הנה, אבל הנה זה קורה... אז בתור פיצוי אני מתכוונת השבוע להעלות כמה וכמה פוסטים, ובכולם עבודות מהתקופה האחרונה, שיושבות בשקט בתיקיות שלהן, כמו פולניות טובות,  ומחכות לקבל קצת יחס. בקצב הזה הכרטיסים שלי יתחילו לאכול רגל קרושה והמיני אלבומים יגידו לי שזה בסדר, הם כבר ינוחו בקבר...

וכיוון שאנחנו בענייני פולניות, העבודה הראשונה שאני מעלה כרגע היא מתנת יומולדת לאמא שלי - סט מגנטים בסגנון פרחוני-רומנטי, החביב עליה, עם כרטיס תואם, שהוכנסו כולם לקופסה - שגם היא זכתה לטיפול קליל. הכל מאוד פשוט ונקי.

כאמור, פשוט מאוד ונקי - כלבבי. וגם רשימת החומרים בהתאם; כל מה שיש בה הוא נייר של WishMade, מדבקת "מזל טוב" שקופה, שכדי לטשטש את הגבולות שלה עיטרתי אותה בסטיקלס בצבע פנינה, וכדי ליצור חיבור עשיתי אותו דבר גם על הקופסה עצמה. וכמובן קצת דיו דיסטרס. יותר פשוט מזה?!?

Long Time No See
Yes, I know, It's been more than a month since I posted anything here. I'll try to make it up by posting daily in the coming week.... but don't worry, I will probably miss a few days (-:
Anyway, I thought I'll start with a little gift I made for my mom - a floral magnet set in a gift box with a matching card.Since it's a well known technique there's no need for my explanation, except for a little secret: the stickles was added to cover the edges of the clear sticker. For some reaon I realy don't like ow they look, so I thought I'll add a touch of pearly dots, that suits the general look. What do you think?

אחת, שתיים ו...שלוש!

לפעמים אני נכנסת לשוונג, ומכינה כרטיסים בזה אחר זה. אחת הדרכים לזהות "התקף" כזה, הוא שימוש באותם ניירות, או כרטיסים בסגנון דומה.
השבוע זה קרה לי שוב, והנה שתיים מהתוצאות.
הראשון הוא כרטיס יומולדת שתוכנן לפי סקיצה של שלוש בשלישי. נדמה לי שרק בשבוע הראשון שהבלוג הזה עלה לאוויר עבדתי לפי סקיצה שלו. כמה פעמים חזרתי אליו ולא התחברתי לסקיצות, אבל הנה הפעם דווקא אהבתי את מה שמצאתי:

כמובן שלא יכולתי לוותר על הזדמנות לשלב עוד כמה אתגרים, אז אם תציצו בהמשך, בגרסה האנגלית והמקוצרת, תראו על איזה אתגרים אני מדברת.
והנה עוד כרטיס, מ"התקף" אחר, שהוכן ללא סקיצה (כן, זה עוד קורה לי לפעמים...) לבת של חברה, שחגגה השבוע יומולדת 4, ואני רק מקווה שהעכבר לא יבהיל אותה...

אני חושבת שזה מספיק לפעם אחת. חוץ מזה, צריך לנצל את השוונג ולהכין עוד כמה כרטיסים, לא?!?

When it pours, it rains...
From time to time I get into what I call "Shvoong" - I get carried away and make one card after the other. Usually you can recognize those "attacks" by the resemblence of the cards: same papers, same inks, same style. I had such "attack" earlier this week, and here are the results.
The first one is a birthday card made according to the Tuesday Trio challenge blog. The sentiments are 4 wishes: happiness, joy, health and satisfaction (or content).

The second one was made according to the Prairie Paper and Ink sketch. And the third one was made - you won't believe it - with no sketch in mind... how wild is that? LOL...

שיחקת אותה!

הכרטיס הזה הוכן עבור מישהו שאני מאוד אוהבת, שהוכיח שכל מה שחושבים עליו נכון - הוא שד משחת, הוא כישרון יוצא דופן ומה שהכי נחמד שהוא לא עושה מזה עניין. 

אני, לעומת זאת, עשיתי די הרבה עניין מהכרטיס, ותכננתי אותו עבור לא פחות מ-15 אתגרים (בשלב זה...).
אז בלי לבלבל את המוח - הנה זה: כרטיס קיצי, עם קצת ברק (אולי הוא קפץ לבריכה?), קצת פנינים (אולי הוא מצא צדפות?) והרבה גלידה (אולי נשאר גם בשבילי?).
אחרי החמסין של אתמול, אני מופתעת שהוא לא נמס לגמרי...

Oohlala…
This is all I can say for now. And that this card was made for someone I am proud of as much as I love. And I love him a lot! I hope he'll have a great summer, just as he deserves!

החלפת חתולים

יש לנו בבית ארבעה חתולים - ירמיאו (שלא יודע לעשות מיאו), ביאנקה (שהיא חרשת בעין אחת ועיוורת בשתי האוזניים. או להיפך), ושתי אחיות, שצ'ופק וצ'ופצ'ופית, ששוקלות יחד 12 קילו - צ'ופצ'ופית (בתמונה) שוקלת כמו חתול נורמלי, 4 קילו. שצ'ופק, שקיבלה את שמה ממסעדת הדגים החביבה עלי בתל אביב, שוקלת שמונה... אף אחד, כולל שני וטרינרים, שאליהם פנינו כשמצאנו אותן בגיל 4-5 ימים בתוך מכולת אשפה, לא האמין שהן ישרדו. ועכשיו אנחנו מדברים על שמונה קילו, כן?

לאור זאת, אתם יכולים להבין, שכשהוכרז בקומונה הצפונית על "החלפת חתולים" היה לי ברור שהפעם אין ברירה, אני אצטרך לעבוד, כי את החתולים שלנו אני לא מחליפה...

ההחלפה יועדה ל-vanila881, מה ששימח אותי, כי פגשתי אותה כמה פעמים (וחיבבתי מאוד מהפעם הראשונה). הבעיה הייתה, שאין לה בלוג, ככה שהיה לי קשה למצוא מה היא אוהבת וממה היא יכולה ליהנות; היתרון היה, שידעתי שיש לה שלושה בנים. אחרי כמה תרגילי ריגול והפעלת סוכנות סמויות (תודה עדיLEE וסתיוLOVE) היו לי השמות שלהם, ויצאתי לדרך.

החלטתי להכין לה אלבום לתמונות של הבנים ושל המשפחה כולה. ואיפה החתול, אתם שואלים? טוב, כמו שאמרתי, נאלצתי לעבוד הפעם - הכנתי אלבום בצורת חתול.

האלבום עשוי מקרטון ביצוע שחתכתי לפי שרטוט שמצאתי באינטרנט (ועשיתי בו שינויים כך שיתאים למטרה). אחרי שחתכתי 5 חתולים (טוב, זה נשמע נורא... תיכף אני אמצא איזה ניסוח פחות אלים...), הדבקתי קארדסטוק כחול כהה. אחר כך, לפי אותה גזרה - אבל מוקטנת מעט - הכנתי עוד שכבה, הפעם מניירות מדוגמים. הקפדתי שכל כפולה תהיה מאותו רקע, ולמעט נגיעות בכתום בכפולה הראשונה ובוורוד באחרונה, כולו, כמו שאפשר לראות, בגוונים של כחול וירוק. בנים, אתם יודעים. כמו חתול אריסטוקרטי הוספתי בשער סרט לצוואר (ומהצד השני הלכתי עוד צעד קדימה עם אבזם מכובד), ובכל כפולה הכנתי מאטינג לשתיים-שלוש תמונות, מקום לג'ורנלינג, כותרת (לא מחייבת מדי... אני הרי לא מכירה את המצולמים) ונגיעה של קישוטונים. בגדול שמרתי על קו נקי יחסית, גם אם לא ממש מינימליסטי.

ככה נראות ארבע הכפולות:

אה, ובשער הכנתי לחתול-תעלול שפם מכובד מחוט מתכת (לסידור פרחים), סידרתי לו דשא שיהיה לו איפה לרבוץ, והוספתי תגית (שיש כמה בנות שיזהו מה מקורה. מעניין מי תנחש...).

לאלבום צירפתי כרטיס מאותם ניירות, אבל הרבה יותר קטן ומרומז. חשבתי שעוד חתול בגודל כמעט טבעי יהיה כבר יותר מדי - ואולי בכלל יהיו שריטות ומהומות....

זהו להפעם. אני מקווה ש-vanilla881 אוהבת אותו ושהיא גם תנצל את הכישרון והיצירתיות שלה כדי למלא אותו בתמונות וכיתובים. אני כבר מתכננת בינתיים את ההחלפה הבאה...

Cat Swap
Those who know me probably think to themselves: noway she'll swao her cats"... and they are right.
So when the girls in the northern commune decided to go for a cart swap I knew this time I'll have to make an effort, so no one tries to take one of the four amazing cats we have...

I went for an album, which i dedicated to Vanilla881 and her 3 sons.
After drawing a sketch (based on a ready made drawing), I cut 5 copies and covered them with navy cardstock. Then I cut another 10 pieces slightly smaller of patterend papers, glued them, added titles, matting, some embellishments, the boys names (on the tales) and journaling die-cuts. Each son recieved a double spread, and I designated one for the whole family (where instead of a name I wrote "Together" in Hebrew). I embelllished the front cover (not forgetting to add wired wiskers...), did some finishes on the back - and that's it.

From the scraps and the leftovers i made a sweet little card, nothing as dominant as the album. I thought there were enough big-cats in the package as it is...

Anyway, I hope Vanilla will enjoy it!
